need help

i was going to start my excalibur 2 challenge, but ive got a problem already, whenever an fmv comes up i open the tray and it freezes but when i close the tray it dosent skip the fmv it carrys on playing it:mad2:
im playing on ps2

That trick only works using the PSX. I don't know how you're supposed to do it on the PS2, but after watching that Perfect Excalibur 2 thing on youtube, I'm sure it has something to do with pausing. Maybe try pausing the game before opening the disc tray?

sometimes it works on the ps2 but not all the time so its unreliable, it is much easier to get your PSX out and use that instead
