Does anyone here think of something cute or funny to say all the time-and then it comes out of your mouth COMPLETELY NOT how you wanted it to come out?

No

I talk so slowly, I can usually recover, and instead create a dimwitted sound instead of what I was going to say. Although, that's hardly something to call "recovering"...

This happens all the time to me. And it doesn't help that I still at the age of 22 say some words right..darn.

This reminds me of how jokes, when recalled from the night before, are never quite worded right and end up not funny at all. :(

I've said some pretty dumb things so far I've learnt to just try and think about what I'm going to say a little more and not to get distracted though I once meant to say something and it ended up getting forgotten mid sentence as I got distracted....the girl was not impressed.

Yeah, my brain gets all excited and my mouth generally can't keep up. I think my mouth just makes a rough stab at what I was thinking a few moments ago... and is usually wrong. :)

I have a bad habit of saying the opposite of what I want to say when describing something at times, because I trip on my words at times. ;[

Heck, it even happens when I post here sometimes!
I'll have it all scripted in my head but if I don't get it down fast enough I lose track of some bits when I go to type it and it comes out all choppy and ADD-ish.

Yeah, that happens to me too. Then I seem unintelligible.
