would everybody agree that the hardest part of drawing a person is most definately the hand because of the fingers and then the foot because of the toes?

Hands have never been a huge problem for me. I'd say it's the side of the face, going from the cheek bone to the chin. That also gave me a lot of difficulty when doing self portraits.

The point between the upper lip and nose seem to rape me every time I attempt drawing a 3/4 or full side profile.

To me... it's the face, lips, hands, feet, shoes, length of the body, yeah, that stuff.

proportions are easy if they r at the same distance. The head represents 1' so 5 heads is 5' tall. And the hand should be about the size of the face and the eyes should be an eyes length away from eachother. But when the person is reaching towards or away from us is where it gets tricky.

Hands and faces, although I'm getting slightly better at hands.

I love drawing hands. I have problems sometimes, but I'm pretty good with hands. For me, the hardest part of drawing a character would be the facial features (also my favourite part to draw). If the features aren't right and don't emphasize that particular character's personality, then the whole picture will look wrong. Usually, as soon as I get the face the rest comes together easy (key word being 'usually').

Everything.

Hands, feet, making a pose look natural, pinning down the image you have in your head on paper < that is very hard for me. By the time I've finished someone s/he will look completely different to how I've imagined her/him.

It differs with the diff angles of a person. In my opinion. I cant say what it is,(easiest part that is) ultimately. Some people are alot harder to draw than others.

Hands and eyes because I always fail for uniformity the eyes r always off and the fingers look crappy

Hands are tough but I really suck at proportions. Which is why I favor head and shoulders pictures instead of full length portraits.

yeh proportions kill me everytime.
just like most things though if u do it enough itl become natural to u,so if uve got a problem with hands just draw them over and over and over and over in lots of diferent ways and positions.itl take patience and frustration but itl be wel worth it in the end

Hands and fingers are the hardest, followed by lining up the eyes and eyebrows. This is true for me at least.
