So, anyone like honey? What are the health benefits to eating honey? My mum always used to feed me spoon fulls of honey when I was a little kid - I ended up thinking it was medicine, because I was sick a lot.

Pure honey is too sweet and such to eat on its own, not that I haven't tried. ;3

Honey iced tea is the bestest. <3

I love honey!! I don't eat it too much, though. But whenever I am able to eat it, it tastes so good!

I hate honey. :(

Why? :(

Why? :(

Because it's not nearly as sweet as it's cracked up to be. What we get is something that tastes sugary and waxy.

"Land of milk and honey"? Hah! Give me tea and blackcurrant jam anyday!

Honey tastes great. It's amazing that it's a product of insects.

I don't have anything against it.

I adore honey. It tastes beautiful, it looks beautiful, it's just beautiful all around.

When I get sick, I drink tons of honey water and sometimes it's the only thing that makes me feel better.

My grandpa used to get us fresh honey from the beehive in his backyard. It was awesome.

Honey is up there with things I want to rub all over my girlfriend's body.

Honey is delicious. Sometimes if I have a sore throat I'll eat a spoonful or two of honey, which can be soothing. Mostly I'll just eat it on something, like an english muffin. I don't know how someone could hate honey unless they just hated sweet things altogether

Honey is good on chicken. Like chicken nuggets at McDonalds.

I love it so much that I just get a container of it from McDonalds and eat it just like that. So good!

Honey is used in my cooking recipes, so of course I love it.

I never really fancied honey until my friend offered me her lunch. It was a peanut butter and honey sandwich. It was yummy. However, I put in a bit of honey into my stir-fry the other night and the smell of the honey from in the jar made me gag.

I am absolutely amazed that an insect's puke is so very delicious

An interesting thing about honey is that it will never spoil.

Didn't those archaeologists eat that 4000 year old Egyptian honey or something?

Probably

There was a time when scientists tried eating mammoth meat as well... unless that was myth of some sort.

The mammoth bit is true. They had been buried in ice and were as fresh as the day they died. This is why there is the possibility of bringing them back. They can recover *intact* reproductive cells.

My dad felt sick when he was threading cables inside under the floorboards. According to him some honey (mixed with water or something) made him feel much better and he was soon back inside the crevice doing the exact same thing minutes later

I don't use it on very much, only pancakes, bread, fruit, vegetables, fish, meat and certain lamps.

Honey rules, but I usually forget we have it or never have anything to use it on so it gets into that state where it's edible but it sucks.

I think it's too sweet. I only like honey that is light, but that is also good.

Honey is tastes better than candy. I like it.
I also use honey to treat any major burns that I get.
It works better than the liquids that doctor gives.

We have bee hives, so there is rarely a shortage of honey in our house! I like it, but the jars are sticky and I have a problem with sticky things getting on my hands so I don't eat it very much, but I love it lots~!
