Some of the bigger techy people here will have already seen this. That doesnt make it any less awesome though.
They can be very bendable, around 1 - 10mm thick (depending on how big the screen is and if its a bendable one or not)

I saw them being shown on TV around 2 years ago at some sort of technology expo. The difference is back then they had not managed full High Definition or that 1000000:1 contrast ratio for the non-bendable ones. Actually the picture quality back then was absolute crap compared to now.
I wonder if these will be as or more overpriced as HDTVs first were when they came out.
I expect 2009 - 2010 until it really starts crawling into the rest of the world outside Japan.
