Honestly I was able to buy it for 15 bucks at my local K-Mart a year or so ago. Now after I broke a disc I went on amazon to find a new one and they all are over 50 bucks all of a sudden!

Not surprising. It's the most popular FF and there are a limited number of them available since Square stopped making them years ago.

For me, i brought my copy after not being able to find it for ages, and now, every time i go into a second-hand game shop that has PS1 games, i find at least one copy of it.

I managed to find a copy at a used game store for $15 dollars (must have been the luckiest day of my life), but a friend of mine looked online and the cheapest copy he could find at that moment was $75 :mad2:

I wish I was able to find it, but all the stores nearby don't have it. Well, when I get older I'll probably order it by ebay. If I am lucky, there will be other ways to get it. :moomba:

Hardly anything is allowed here. Mods are too tight with rules, but I guess it's worth it, keeping kids in order or some sh*t. :eep:

^^^ it seems to get pretty expensive to me perhaps your looking at a recent auction.

Well, with all the spin-off Square's released in the last year, it's not surprising that the demand went way up.
