I have edited a random post in these forums. The post came within the last week. Your goal is to find this post. You will know it when you find it. Link to it in this thread when you think you have it. Mods can't play if they are going to cheat and use mod logs.

You may get a clue by answering a trivia question. The question is: What popular member was recently unbanned after a two year banishment? Post the answer in this thread. The first five members to get it right will be sent the clue via pm.

Good hunting people!

Looney BoB has won 5 times.

Del won once.

Denmark won once.

Christmas has won twice.

Lawr
08-03-2007, 05:02 AM
You mean like how many people were nominated? Or how many people won?
Even if you tell me, I'll show off and give you all I know because I'm just that kinda guy. ;)

Total Amount of People to Ever be Nominated for The Best Member Ciddie:
84 (Eighty-Four) - This includes doubles and triples and so on and so forth.

Total Amount of Times The Best Member Ciddie Has Been Won:
8 (Eight) - This includes doubles and triples and so on and so forth.

The Following Three People are the Only People to win The Best Member Ciddie.
Dr Unne (3), Loony BoB (3), and Christmas (2). - This is in Chronological Order from Earliest to Most Modern

*All of the results are from Award Guy's first year to host the Nominations to his current year.2007.*

I'll be ANGURY if I'm wrong, this took me a while to do. (And all this fancy-pants typing.)

There are two current owners of this site, making them co-owners. You asked specifically for owners. Since I am going to take your question as being very specific, perhaps to the point of being a trick question, I am going to say that the current number of owners, past and present, only number two. If you weren't trying to trick us and are going to include co-owners into the count, than my guess is four.

I'm a little more clever than that, guys. Give me credit. Congrats to Flying Mullet!

Here were the answers to the trivia questions:

Q: Which current Cid's Knight has been on staff the longest?
A: eestlinc.

Q: How many different members have won the Best Member Ciddie since Award Guy started doing the awards?
A: 4 (Dr Unne, Loony BoB, Del Murder, Christmas).

Q: How many different owners has this site had?
A: 3 or 4 was acceptable since the current owners are two people but they are one set of owners (Cid, spdude, Warren & Michael).

Maybe later I'll do this again.

Mystery Post Round 3. This time the Mystery Post does not have a set time frame. It could come from anywhere in the forums and any time.

This time you will have to work together to find the mystery post. The person who posted the mystery post's user name has 6 letters. The first six members who post in this thread requesting a letter will be sent a different letter of the poster's name. It is up to you if you want to share this information or keep it to yourself to hold out for another clue. You may also post the letter in this thread if you wish, but that might allow someone else to get the post before you!

FONZ YOU SLY LITTLE DOG YOU!!!!

Fonzie
08-05-2007, 07:32 PM
Whilst hiking, I came across a brown box. Inside it were many wondrous things. One of the things was a cylinder, and the other was a cube. So, I took the cube and cylinder out to see if they had anything to do together, yet they did nothing. While waiting for something to spark my interest I thought of pancakes, and waffles. Then I thought about clowns, but then I rethought about the previous question. What happened if I changed the meaning and encounter so I could instantly rig the outcome of this hypothesis.

So, I took the last remains of the triangular-shaped bag, and placed all the contents unto the ground. How did it come to this I wondered. I had been trapped since the being. I looked to where I was. There were no doors in the place, there were no windows, there was no light. Then a wondrous thing happened; light appeared, and lit the room in a pale white. Where was I? It felt as I'd asked the question so many times, as many times to drive a normal man insane. Was I insane? No, for surely the insane don't question this for their logic-. This world, it seemed different, it passed by like a dream, and yet, it felt as though I couldn't handle it anymore. Darkness once again took over the remaining light.

Then light once again brought the room back into focus, but this time there were doors. Vast amounts of doors, stretching as far as the human mind was possible. I tried to open one of them, but it was locked. I tried another, but it was also locked. All of these doors were locked. Where could I be? Am I dead? I tried to think what had happened earlier, but my mind was blank, as blank as the hall I'm now in.
Now that I thought about it, I hadn't really thought about how I got here. It felt as though I was tied to this place, and had always been here. Yet, I wanted to leave, for it was quite lonely here. So lonesome. So cold. I wanted to leave, and the only way was to walk.

I walked forever, or as long as forever is. Then it came to a stop. At the end was a black door. It was ancient it seemed. It stood out among the thousands of black doors, and I knew I had to go through it to leave. I went to open it, and nothing happened. I stood there still. Had I moved at all? It was obviously locked, but... something was wrong. I needed a key. I had to leave this place. I would do anything to leave this place. I closed my eyes, and opened them back up. A black skeleton key was in the palm of my hand. I glanced at it. It was made very fine, out of a precious metal that had been lost. It was time. I grabbed the key, and walked towards the door. What if this doesn't work? No, it will work. What if I end up here again? What if this leads me to hell, or oblivion. These were the thoughts that clouded my mind. I hesitated for wait seemed minutes, but I knew what must be done.

I placed the key in the keyhole. I twisted it, and heard a click. I opened the door. Then all the sudden, the room started to fall apart. It was crumbling, and I was dying. I felt all warmth become removed from my lifeless body, and started to fade out of existence. I had chosen the wrong door, and this is what had happened. What now? What will happen? It doesn't matter I thought. I will become what ever happens to me. I will conquer death. I was no more.

Then I woke up.
