Anyone still play RO here?

I can't imagine too many people play iRO with the monthly fee these days, but I'm sure there's some of you that still play on private servers. I still play on qRO (Quality RO) low rate server on occasion.

So I re-downloaded and stuff about 3 months later when I could be bothered.

I play on Spiritus RO. I like both servers ^^~ You can even choose a race o_o... and learn special skills.

I play every now and then, mainly qRO and OnnaRO, but I'm on like, 7 different servers, only high rate for me though, low rate is such a drag xD.

Is there any real content to RO other than just grind?

It seems like I never get beyond grinding any time I try out RO, and I'm just wondering if there's anything like dungeons or really cool PvP that makes up for it... or if I'm just totally missing the point.

There are at least more than 20 dungeons in RO complete with Boss Fights and also quests when outside.

Most of the quests are Item Collecting ones (Like Job things and stuff)... There is a crafting system for weapons, armors, cards, Homunculus (sp?).

And WoE (War of Emperium) ... basically Castle sieges and the only way to get some form of Guild Hall (There is also PvP arenas for non-castle sieging player killing).

Not to mention the absolutely smurf load of Job Styles to try out :]! and the individual builds that go with them.

There is the lore aswell, but almost no one takes a fancy to that (I do however feel really awful when killing Bonguns, Munak and etc...).

And well, Lots of landmarks to explore through :]... thats about it n_n;;

I was a member at aRO for about 2 years. It was such a broken server and the GMs were so corrupt. I'm amazed it's still active.

I used to play quite a bit on GreenTea RO. As far as I remembered it was a small server with a good community. It was fun since I was on there during the Beta and when it went official I leveled with some people.

DAMN JOJO FOR FIRST INTRODUCING ME TO RO! Eventhough I hate grinds, RO comes back in my life. It's like crack...I want more of it as we speak...*is tempted to download the latest kRO and Skaray set-ups since his old ones crashed*

The rates are 3/3/2. I never understood high-rate servers. Even EuphRO's rates are a little high for my taste sometimes, but it's very well run, and a generally good, engaged community.

Oh Nec, I actually know a few people that play on EuphRO. I played there originally many years ago, my mains were huntress and super novice but they fuxed over my equips, so I quit. Then I went back there about a year later and was a lvl 87 sinx before the whole scandal thing and the server wiped.

I'll have to say Adam (Euph) is entirely irresponsible and emo and attention-seeking, and many of the GMs in EuphRO were (and from what I hear, are) corrupt. (Although I knew a few nice ones ^_^) The new management thing is bullocks (lol I'm a brit), too, because HappyCow or whatever the dude's name is is still obviously Adam.
