Are there any ps2 emulators?

I had a ps2...I tried using a mod chip in it and it fried...:(

I have a japanese ps2 but I miss playing my american ps2 games...

I dont consider this illegal or what not. I already bought my ps2 and quite a few games for them. Now I cant play any of them...

Does anyone have a good ps2 emulator?
