To coincide with the spontaneous decision to change my "band's" name to 'elephant', I drew some pictures on paint. I'll probably draw some more soon, because I like drawing.

Haha those are so suave.

Also I am glad to see someone else who can use :monster: for a post icon. This is clearly something available only to suave people :excited:

I find it absolutely amazing that you drew that on Paint and out of scratch xD because here I was, thinking Paint was for drawing screw-around scribbles :p

I think they're adorable! And I especially love the colours; I'm so so sososo glad you didn't for the seven-coloured rainbow thing because pastelly colours = <3

AS ARE YOUR PICK-TOORS

I really like the second one on the first post, and the one you just posted now. There just isn't enough going on in the first to be particularly interesting. Still totally cute, obviously, it's just that the others are....you know. You know.

But seriously, they're adorable. MY GOD

Haha, thanks. Yeah, the first one is a little bare! (No, it's a little elephant! ho ho ho) ... I might add more to it later, maybe. :)

I put a border and background into that last one I did, and I think I'll be using it as my Eyes on Final Fantasy Forums signature from this moment onwards!

Good work.

A few words previously spoken:

Christmas(Insert name here), your paint pieces are so wonderful, I can't stand to see them go to waste any longer. You really, really, really need to start saving them as a lossless format like I do so you preserve the original beauty of the solid pixels. The JPG compression algorithm for MS Paint is horrible, and it creates artifacts around everything and makes the whole picture look ugly and wasted.

The best option is to save them as a format that uses color reference tables like GIF or PNG, if saved correctly your MS Paint pictures will take up almost no space at all, and they will not lose any quality from the original. If you have Adobe Photoshop, import your 24-bit BMP from paint in and select File > Save for web. This is a quick and easy solution to creating small lossless files to store and show off your paint masterpieces.

If you do not have Photoshop, there are other equally as effective options, or you could send me the raw 24-bit BMPs and I will save them correctly for you.

Ah, I hadn't really noticed it the compression - I'd been saving them as bmp's, but I guess photobucket was compressing them down a bit. I saved this one as a PNG, anyway!

This one's for Resha.

I'm glad you like them, Deborah! :}

Yes, Keith is getting a band t-shirt that I did using these elephant characters. And loads of other things I've done, too. I've just got to work out the size of the picture so it doesn't get too stretched when it gets printed. And yeah. T-Shirts! :excited:

Wherever did you get the idea for a three-tier snowman?!

I like the ruler. :)

Well, I was out back in the garden pulling up some weeds when a guy came over and he was like "I really need to get some sleep," so I pulled a mattress out into the garden and he lay on it and fell asleep and then all of a sudden it started snowing! I didn't want to wake the man because he seemed to be snoozing so peacefully; it was a rest hard earned for him, I judged. I went inside.
When I came down the next morning, what should I find but a jolly looking three tier snowman standing on the mattress where the man had fallen asleep the day previously! Imagine my surprise!

It really is going on a t-shirt look! A t-shirt! I'm gonna try and, like, size it better and stuff, but yeeeah. This is basically what it will look like!

I think it's the most brilliant thing I have ever seen xD Oh man. It's just so cute and detailed and YOU HAVE THE PATIENCE OF A THOUSAND EXTREMELY PATIENT PEOPLE because everything is shaded so beautifully and

I really like the pink guy (he looks like a bubblegum person!) and the sign to the moon xD and the way stuffs is coming out of that guitar. IT'S PSYCHADELIC.

Is this the completely finished version or are you going to be crazy and add more? :p

themagicroundabout
