Hard Challenge

i have started a challenge(with some cheating here and there to see how it will get further on)

initial equipment
no accessories
no materia
ONLY inn healing(exept for limit breaks)
ONLY allowed to use items that you FIND

right now im finished with the GI cave..not too hard, alot of fleeing and phenix on the boss. the trick is to use Aeris limit break and to save the potions for her

different sections can be hard, such as the bug boss at junon, and there is a long walk without any inn heals as far as clouds hometown.

where or wich beasts drops hi-potion on the worldmap or anywhere else? im in need of it
i was thinking about doing it all from the start again, without cheating.

I cant understand how you guys can do this... I watched in youtube something like that, a man fights with sephiroth with Lv.1 charachters... And he beat Sephiroth...

U can beat the hard challlenge just bye training outside a town alot.
I was 40+ lvl before I beat the First Disc.
