Which one of your arms are stronger? Which "handed" are you?

My left arm has the bigger , hard muscle, I am right handed....

Do you know which one it is ? Im adding a poll which will be up shortly after this is posted.

Working out recently Ive come to realize which one of my arms is the stronger one of the 2.

Which one of your arms are stronger?

Edit: Crap, after thinking about it, I don't even get my own joke...:(

Right handed, but my left arm is way bigger.

Although I try to work my arms out evenly my left is indeed stronger. I know this is partly due to:

1) I'm a left handed person
2) I once broke/fractured bones in my right elbow but continued pumping weights (although lighter ones to minimize the balance change) on my left arm ahh the college years with a completely free gym :(
3) I tend to use my left arm for more instinctively.

I'm right-handed. My arms are probably equal in strength but my left is more awkward. :themoreyouknow:

I'm ambidextrous, both my arms appear to have the same amount of strength.

Punching with my left arm is still awkward, but I found that my left arm is still quite capable in an arm restle.

I'm right-handed except when I'm eating. I think they're fairly equal, but my right arm is still stronger.

My right arm is stronger, and I'm a rightie.

I'm still extraordinarily weak in both arms though.

I tend to do certain things like open bottles and use knives with my left, but I do heavy lifting and writing with my right. I am pretty close to being ambidextrous through conditioning. But, my right arm is still a little stronger than my left. You can tell by looking at the muscles.

I *snip* with my left hand, so it's probably stronger.

I'm right handed, but my left arm is still stronger. :P I'm certain it's because of holding instruments' weight with my left hand in band. I play left-handed Wii, too. :]

Right hand. ^_^ My right wrist is actually slightly bigger than my left wrist, too. But I win more often in left hand arm wrestling <s>against 10 year olds</s> because everyone else's left hand seems to be weaker too. :p

Right, I've noticed. Though my left is still pretty adept at doing stuff.

about equal. i'm left handed...i have slightly more definition in my right arm when i flex though, which is a bit odd to me. perhaps the fine motor control in one hand is generally offset by bigger muscular fibre being put in the 'stupid' arm....more research is necessary.

This is what I've actually thought in the last few months. I'm right handed, and my left has noticeably more definition. It also used to be bigger.

Right now, after working out for the last few months, my arms are about the same strength, and finally the same size. My right arm has a bit more endurance though, so I could get more reps with the same weight with it if I wanted to. Better to keep training them equally though. When I started though, my right arm was stronger, while my left was bigger, so they've just kind of met in the middle now.

Didn't read the replies, but there's already a masturbation joke, isn't there?

Has anyone made the "this should be called the which hand which is connected to the arm, do you masturbate with thread" joke yet?

My right hand/arm.

I'm not too strong in either arm, but I know that I have an easier time lifting things with my right hand. My left wrist always feels really... weak when I try to help lift things with both hands.
