How much do you usually sleep every night?

It's usually pretty hard for me to guess, it's usually anywhere from 4 hours to 12 hours, and almost never 7 or 8 hours.

8-9 hours most of the time for me I believe. :)

08-14-2007, 06:57 PM
10+ hours during break, 7 or 8 during the school year.

08-14-2007, 07:13 PM
3-4 hours, sometimes five.

08-14-2007, 07:44 PM
18 hours :D

Seriously, about 8 hours.

8 hours ^_^ I get usually around 8 hours during the summer, but much less during the school year when I have to wake up. My going to sleep time stays the same, but I have to get up earlier. xD

It depends on what I did or did not do during the day.

But, on average, I suppose I average around 3-4 hours a night.

08-14-2007, 08:28 PM
Eh, about 9 hours.

08-14-2007, 08:33 PM
12 Hours in the Summer
8 Hours during school.

I don't have an actual sleeping schedule. I stay up when I can and go to sleep when I can because I have to work from 6 o' clock to 3 o' clock, and I have to wake up around 4 or 5 o' clock to get ready for work.

08-14-2007, 09:20 PM
About 7/8 hours in school time:mad2:
About 10 hours in summer time :D

08-14-2007, 09:42 PM
At school its usually 8-9 hours, not at school its usually 9-10 hours. I just stay up too late :)

08-14-2007, 09:44 PM
Anywhere from 6-9 hours, depending on what's going down.

08-14-2007, 09:51 PM
Hmm I slept 3 hours last night...I never sleep more than 6 hours..

08-14-2007, 09:56 PM
5 or 6 during the school year, 9/10 during the summer.

I am really tired all day, and then when it becomes time to actually sleep my body decides to have a spurt of energy and wants to stay up all night. It doesn't make any sense, but there it is. I usually end up only getting around 4 D:

6 or 7 hours, or something--it's hard to know cause it takes so long for me to fall asleep, and I wake up multiple times. It could be anything!

08-14-2007, 11:56 PM
Not enough :(

08-15-2007, 12:10 AM
3-5 hours.

08-15-2007, 01:04 AM
I usually sleep 3-5 on like work nights or something, and then one night a week I'll sleep like fourteen hours.

08-15-2007, 01:46 AM
I need at least 5-6 to function properly.

08-15-2007, 03:30 AM
I just got a job sorta so now I gotta get up earlier...but until now I usually sleep for 8-12 hours :P

My family looks at me funny when I have cereal at 3pm :eep:

I'm lucky if I get anywhere between 3 to 4 hours of unbroken sleep. I usually wake up quite a few times. Last night was particularly bad, I didn't get to sleep until 6 and then only for about ten minutes at a time, meaning I'm running off about an hour and a half of sleep today.

08-15-2007, 03:00 PM
Lately, it's been about 8-9 hours. I prefer 10-12 hours of sleep.

During the school year, it's more like 6 or 7.

08-15-2007, 03:27 PM
Roughly 8 hours a day. I actually want to have more, but I don't have the free time. I want to relax, play Wii, poke around on linux computer, and then read before I sleep.

Very hard when you get home at 6pm ish.

08-15-2007, 03:40 PM
8-9 hours most of the time for me I believe. :)

Yep, it's the same for me. I usually sleep really well too.

08-15-2007, 04:52 PM
Not enough :(

Yeah, me neither. :( I usually sleep about 6-7 hours during school or work days, 8-9 hours during the weekends and holidays (even though holidays are very rare for me).

08-15-2007, 05:00 PM
Always more or less exactly 8 hours.

On general days, I go to sleep at midnight and wake up at about 5:30 am.

I get up early to look beautiful

08-16-2007, 01:36 AM
I try to get at least 8 hours of sleep when I can. Usually this doesn't work so well because I spend so much time just trying to get to sleep, but I've been getting better.

08-16-2007, 01:38 AM
Unless I can set up like an alarm or something to interrupt it, I'll naturally sleep for about ten hours straight.

08-16-2007, 06:03 AM
i don't really know how much sleep i get...i feel like i only get 3 or 4 hours asleep even while going to bed yearly...i probly really sleep 10 or 12 hours...can i go on :p

08-17-2007, 10:40 PM
2 - 12 hours depends on how much time I have to sleep and how tired my body is I don't believe in set times.

08-18-2007, 03:20 AM
Well, it must be from 5am-7am till 11am-5pm...6-12 hours!

08-18-2007, 03:58 AM
10-14 hours.
