Firefox Theme Problem

I'm having a problem with the firefox themes. I have downloaded a new theme, but, the option on Tools called 'themes' isn't there. The account i am on is not the master account, if that makes any difference.

Any help would be much appreciated. :)

Try Tools>Add-ons>Themes?

Newer versions of Firefox replaces Extensions and Themes with Add-ons.
