I've been wanting to give my sites some major makeovers for a while, including a switch to a better web host. I'm not an expert at html, so I don't need anything too fancy.

So I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good web host (or more) with these features:

- doesn't cost anything
- has an html editor
- gives at least 20mb of space
- no ads
- supports html (obviously), javascript (I've read that some hosts don't support it), and css
- rarely goes down
- easy-to-use control panel
- fair amount of bandwidth
- doesn't force you to use one of its templates (like Freewebs, apparently -_-)

On this one ranking site I went to, these hosts got good ratings. Does anyone have any experience with them?
- AgilityHoster
- HyperPHP
- Freeweb-7
- FreeHyperSpace
- 50Webs
- AtSpace
- WebNG

people seem pretty happy with freewebs.com. Why do you need an html editor?

I used to like Freewebs too, but lately it seems that you're forced to use one of their templates. I tried a bunch of different things, but I couldn't find any way to get rid of the templates and really make your own layout :(

When you sign up, there's a button that says 'lol screw ya'll, I have html files I can upload'
