Quake 4

Has anyone here played Quake 4? I really really enjoy it. One of my fav Xbox 360 games. I love the storyline and the weapons.

So u guys played it? If so what did you think?

I love the Bonus Disk that has Quake 2 on it too. It make the storyline for Quake 4 better if you play Quake 2 I recon.

I thought it was pretty boring. Played like Doom 3 with the lights on. There just wasn't enough to the gameplay to make it very interesting.

It got a bad review because of the crap performance on the 360.(it bearly reached 30fps) But it I liked it a little. I played the PC demo and in wasn't much different from Doom3 like Azar said.

I could name a lot of ways it differed from Doom 3. I thought it was much more impressive than that game, anyway. I like the Quake II mythos so it was fun for me to play.

Still wish they'do do a new Quake I-based game.

Doom was the battle; Quake was the war. I really enjoyed it, solid single-player old-school FPS goodness.

I think Quake 2 was the most kickass game in the series. Q3 was abit better with control sceme and performed well even on old PCs. Quake4 was (unfortunatly) a drag, a mere shadow of its former legendary self.

i played and have it for the pc but i still think quake 3 arena is better!:p:)
