That's not a mc chicken. That's a nugget sammich! The above is a picture of a mc chicken in USA, on their dollar menu no less. It costs me quite more to buy a mc chicken here in Canada, and it's the proper size:

I don't like to eat at McD's very often but yeah, I remember a few years ago I went and ordered a double cheeseburger and it was really tiny. xD The Subways here in Madison make really tiny subs too. In Appleton they make nice big subs :3

Our McChicken sandwiches are more like the first picture, here in the UK.

I rarely eat McDonalds, but Chicken Premiers are win. :jess:
