google help

i need some help, ive finally been able to get back on my computer after many problems. I had to get rid of many programnes, i finally have the internet back but i have no google toolbar.

I downloaded it again and it said complete but i cant get it to show up, ive tried reseting it and ive been to tools and gone down to toolbars and google toolbar is not available, ive tried installing it many times and its getting frustrating:mad2:
ive been to google but cant really find any easy answers.
please help:(

I just installed Skype - internet calls - download Skype free now - free calls - official website (http://www.skype.com) and the skype installation came with free google toolbars.
I dunno. Maybe you can try that.
