I'm a little frustrated I cannot find this normal monster. FF Wiki says it can be found in Walk of Torn Illusion and Cold Illusion areas of The Stilshrine of Miriam but doesn't mention any special spawning conditions like it does for something like the Gazer in Lhusu mines.
Edit: Gee...forum search bar sucks and people's spelling are horrible. BUT at least I found another post. I'm good now.
