So I caught a glimpse of this when I watched the newest Retrospective chapter and I have to say it's pretty amazing. FF girls vs. Dead or Alive (I'm guessing from the title) girls.

that Montyoum guy has pretty intense skills. This reminds me of that Christian Bale movie "Equilibrium."

That movie was GODLY!!! Unfair advantage to the DOA girls though. first 2 on 1, then 3 on 2. Then it evened out right at the end when Tifa appeared.

That was simply one of the best action scenes that i have ever seen,be it movies,anime or games...

I thought action choreography could only be imagined this way.

He began coming up with stunts that even I was awed out by <3

This is the single greatest thing I've ever seen in regards to action choreography and solo animation :]

Pfft. Those DoA wimps need the advantage. My main complaint was just that - on a bad day with a hangover Rikku would have kicked the crap out of the entire cast of DoA.

First time I saw this I was hoping for Final Fantasy beating up zombies in Wilammette. :(

If you read the thing beneath you'd know that Montyoum said that because they are fantasy characters they are able to survive that stuff. Plus she uses guns in X-2. They take more then one hit to kill a monster. Or a person.

This is simply a horny fan-boy favourite! :hat:

Not being one myself (:shifty:) I still thought it was pretty darn cool. Can't wait to see more.

I wish they would start giving Rikku the wardrobe she wore in the original game instead of the one she wore in X-2 when they put her in these new games.

X-2 was just a blatant attempt to make her look like one of Charlie's Angels.

The first part where they were staring eachother down, Yuna and the two girls from DoA, the first thing that came to mind was that scene from Indian Jones when that Arab guy with the sword was showing off and then Indi just shot him. Unfortunately Yuna's obviously not awesome enough for that.

That's a fantastic piece of animation there... I don't care if it's unrealistic or derivative, it's great to see a piece of home-made amateur work looking so polished and choreographed.

It really gave valid depth to Samus's Sexuality too. :]
