So! I've started to find out all my grades for my college classes.
All of the classes but one are going awesome and what not, and really the only reason one class is doing bad is due to my lack of studying!

But today I had a "conference" with my Composition teacher. Basically if it wasn't for me missing 3 classes, I'd have an A+ but because of that my grade is at a B-.

What's even better than that!? He told me that if I didn't miss anymore classes then I shouldn't end the semester with anything other than an A or an A-. Then he asked if I had taken Composition before and I had to explain to him that I took the pre-resiquite back in Texas and failed with flying colors. Oh the LOL's.

So!? How are your grades doing? Be it high-school, middle-school, college, which ever you're in, how's school going?

I get mostly As and Bs with the occasional C or D due to my apathy for some of my classes.

Well, I haven't gotten any grades for History or English yet. Last I checked in Drama I was working at a C/D level ;p and Maths went BCB in that order.

Yeah. I'm doing pretty well x_x

Freshman Year: Straight Cs with the occasional D.
Sophomore Year: Straight Cs with the occasional D.
Junior Year: Straight Cs with the occasional D.
Senior Year: Straight As.

For the first three years of high school, I did not pay attention and I did not want to be there. I slept through the majority of my classes and read through the others. I drew on the paper instead of doing my assignments and I would daydream about a random assortment of things. I knew the material and I did not try. I did not want the recognition that usually comes with getting straight As so I did not get them. I disapprove of the methods that a lot of today's teachers use and I do not agree with the class structure as it is currently.

My senior year of high school saw me dropping out of the public education system and enrolling myself in a private school geared more towards individual learning and the option for a classroom setting, with teachers that actually wanted to be there and teach the material that they were teaching. This method is the one I agree with and think it should be instituted in more public schools across the nation. Individual teaching would be extremely stressful on the education system, yes, but I don't see why classes should be 30+ and move at a pace designated by the teacher. The teachers should move at the pace of the students, not the other way around and a smaller classroom designed in such a way would help boost the level of education people nowadays are getting. I had upwards of a dozen classes my senior year (the entire school year, there was no "quarter" system) and I handled the workload with ease. It was an excellent school.

I have foregone college and enlisted in the military. It was a huge mistake on my part and one I deeply regret. I will go to college eventually though.

Currently, I have 3.4 GPA as of Junior year; though it may increase once the semester ends for Senior year. Hopefully it will increase, because I don't really consider my GPA to be good enough. :freak:

I'm totally rocking it right now. I aced 2 of my midterms so far, getting 100% in what I'd consider to be my hardest class and getting an A on a midterm I was sure I bombed. I'm still waiting on 2 other midterm grades, but I think I did decently well on them.

Mostly A's, except for Language Arts. Literature (different from LA) and Latin are always border-line though... The rest of my classes are too easy. Especially Geometry :D Let us not forget the easiest one of them all: Drama.

I'm doing good surprisingly good in math since that used to be my worse subject but science I'm doing horrible in.

I'm also failing health becuase I've been skipping too many classes but I'm showing up now for cpr class and I'm doing good. Other than that I think I'm doing fine.:(
