See how grumpy I am? Even Firefox's built-in spellcheck can't save me today.

I saw a shooting star as I was running last night. I made a wish!

I actually wished for the star of Taxi. Close though, Fonz.

There was a meteor shower visible from Britain a couple of months back. I'd never seen one before but it was quite something. I was over at a friend's that night and there's a field just around the corner from his house (no artificial lighting) which was a great place to watch it from. It was quite cool being in the middle of the field at around midnight because, aside from seeing the meteor shower, we could hear all the owls and stuff out and about.

I will never ever watch a meteor shower. The whole nation might get blinded by them, and we will then e over-run by killer plants, who can thankfully be dispatched with sea water. :p

Shlup means 'miserly' as she's a cheapskate.
