I can't take it anymore! (Yojimbo)

I'm stuck at the Calm Lands rescuing tourists and everytime I face Yojimbo if I die I havta rescue them ALL OVER again! :( Anyone else had trouble with him?:confused:

what's your setup? Dressphere wise?

I found him pretty easy... never saved all the tourists though.

I used a Dark Knight, White Mage, and Berserker if I remember right. I basically just pounded him with the DK and B, and let my WM heal. Protect helps a lot too.

Don't forget to switch jobs, once you have buffed the party with Whitemage switch to something that can dish out damage and rely on items for healing :]

Well I tried that :) my DS setup was Alchemist, Lady Luck and and i think dark knight.

But yes i just kept trying and finally I decided I would use LL's magic reels and hit him with Ultima and use the alchemist's Mix ability to keep mixing fire gems. Finally I beat him down before he could even use Zanmato :)

Last time I fought him, I let him get Zanmato off... oh man, I thought he was going to kill me for sure, but nope! Heh heh, he shoulda killed me when he had the chance to though... :D
