Do you like to exercise? I love exercising, especially running. What kind of exercises do you like to do?

I try to go jogging at the track at least three times a week. Most of the time I don't feel like it, but I know that I'll feel better afterwards for doing it. The tired you get after exercising is very different than any other tired. It's refreshing and clears my head.

The most satisfying physical drain I've felt comes from after pushing myself up a 60 foot wall.

I demand you make an not serious post now. This "Serious" you scares me.

Also, the Bases ran in the Navy were fun. Went through 8 very different work out stations.

I do PT almost every day whether I like it or not. I really like running though. Sometimes it's the highlight of my day. Lately I've been running for about an hour every night around ten or eleven pm. I'm in top shape, which is good, because before too long I'll be shipped off to Ranger school.

I'm lazy so find it difficult to do exercise unless I'm achieving something useful at the same time, like cycling to/from work :p
