Since Moogles help you along the way it would be nice if you could help them.
It seems that Mognet Central, which is responsible for delivering the mail, is
not doing a good job, so it's your job to help them out. Something is wrong
with the machine that processes the mail and a very special item is needed.
Below is a list of the letters you can deliver, remember you need to deliver
at least 50% of the letters to be able to fix Mognet Central.

These letters are listed in the order as you get them. That means that if you
skip a letter you probably missed a moogle. That doesn't mean they have to be
delivered in this particular order but be careful of certain moogles and
locations because they might become inaccessible to you at certain points of
the game. As far as I know, this list is complete, so there are only 28
letters you can deliver. The final sequence starts after your visit to Terra.
For that, head to Alexandria and talk to Kupo. Kupo will have a letter to
Atla, Atla will have one to Mogryo, Mogryo needs you to deliver one to Kumool,
Kumool has one for Mois, Mois to Noggy and Noggy will ask you deliver the last
letter to Kupo.

I got 28. I don’t know if there are more letters to deliver.

would everyone please check their saved files and see how many letters you delivered? mosh tells me i delivered 27 letters only, and when i counted the letters listed in gwydion's faq, there were, in fact, only 27! i read atomos199's faq as well, and listed there were the letters that i had to deliver in order to achieve a perfect game. and there were 21 of them listed. adding the 6 final letters starting from kupo, to atla, to mogryo, etc. we have a grand total of...27! ornitier's faq also mentions 28 letters, but when i counted the number of letters taken into account in his faq, voila! 27 letters as well. of course, the other letters mentioned by atomos199 (kupo to mosh, ruby to zidane, stiltzkin to monty, etc.) are not included in this total since, as atomos199 himself said,

You can miss a moogle letter depending on your actions in Alexandria.
The letter in question is the one Mosh receives from Kupo, about the
Jump Rope mini-game. In order to receive it, you must jump at least 100
times, which only takes about a minute. This letter is NOT visible on
Disc 4 because Mosh is then found in Mognet Central telling you how many
letters you delivered; his dialogue does not allow you to view any
letters he may have received in the past. It also does not count in the
total quoted by Mosh because only letters delivered by YOU are taken
into account.
guys, this is my first ever thread in this entire forum (usually i just post and reply to some other already existing thread), and i hope someone here will be able to help me. it's just that, this is my attempt at a perfect save, and everything else is right, except that mosh thanks me for delivering 27 letters instead of 28. so just please check your saved files to see how many letters you delivered. thanks everyone. ^_^

I bet the Kupo to Mosh letter in Alexandria counts, since it is between two Moogles, and that's how you could get 28. it could just be a glitch in the programming.

So, I just got to disc 4, and before proceeding I did all the chocograph and mognet stuff. Actually didn't take that long. And here's what happened:

So even with that Jump Rope letter, it still says that there are only 27 letters delivered. I double checked my perfect game blog with what the guides say to deliver, and I delivered everything. I've read several moogle and chocobo related faqs, that one that you posted is the only one that I've seen that says 28 delivered, and even then he only listed 27 letters to deliver. I think he miswrote that or something...twice.

There is however one thing that Ornitier says in his KUPO NUTS section. He say that in disc 1 there is a letter to deliver to Moonte in Dragon's Gate. He says that in order to get that Kupo Nut, you need to go to Gizamaluke's Grotto, give the Kupo Nut that he got while shopping in Lindblum to the couple, and then go back to Dragon's Gate and deliver the letter to get the Kupo Nut. It's just that there is no letter to deliver at this point, there is just a letter he gets from Stiltzkin. He makes no mention of this letter to deliver in his list of letters to deliver or in his list of all of the letter where he writes them all out and how the moogles respond to them. And I have seen no mention of this letter in any other moogle guide, it's unlikely that so many other people would miss it (though it's possible). Maybe someone should write him an e-mail about it.
