(9:39:14 PM) PG<3: did you demand your money back?
(9:39:15 PM) PG<3: you should

So we're going to demand our money back. Since we paid nothing, I'm not sure what will happen. I hope it involves whatever happened last week when people said CANDLE JACK

...hopes

Anyway have you ever demanded something as retribution for your failed dreams of glory? I personally think everybody should be made to work in the service industry -- would make understand what we go through when you yell at us more easier.

I never yell at people in the service industry for that very reason.

Actually, except for my money back right now, I can't think of anything I've demanded retribution for (and been serious about it).

I asked Shlup for a refund years ago and have yet to get it. Don't hold your breath.

What are you talking about? Are you talking about expecting something in return if someone is dissatisifed with the services rendered?

I follow the proper instructions to get what I paid for — whether it's a return, exchange, or a steal

I don't think I've ever actually asked for a refund. I may have done, but I certainly can't remember a specific time. I've swapped items in the past though, like I might have picked up the wrong drink or flavour crisps or something. Certainly wouldn't yell at them, though if they weren't being terribly helpful about it, then I may well get annoyed.

I think I should be more of a jerk to people in the service industry, because I always go easy on them and they clearly need a rougher time from me.
