I don't think the Cactuars drop anything. I managed to kill that hidden Cactuar inside Deepground by using the Ultima Weapon, and got nothing for my trouble :p

The Omega files give you more information about Omega, the Lifestream, and Lucrecia's background. The G Reports give you the secret additional ending.
