Quasi-professional layout! And good color choice. I think his Imperial soldier attire doesn't look much like a "soldier", isn't he supposed to be armored or something? Or is it just a basic uniforme?
I have a critique to make on his sword, however. I know it's a fantasy object and all, but a real sword couldn't have a hande like that because it wouldn't let the user handle it freely. It's not easy to explain, but if you could grasp the basics of sword combat you'd get my point.

Other that that, a pretty good job. Is it for some project or assignment?

Looks nice, you should consider doing some facial expressions to convey his personality visually.
