What is your favourite physical variable?
Im rather into acceleration due to gravity myself
Displacement is rather nice too, not distance though

Assuming that Mister _nuke here does his calculations on multiple planets/heavenly bodies, of course it is! Also, g changes based on where you are, above or below sea level, so it is technically variable, although I've only ever used it as the constant 9.8 m/s^2. Sometimes 10 m/s^2.

Out of what people have already said, I'm gonna go with Speed because time travels too fast and gravity is mean to clumsy people such as myself :( Force hurts...
Speed is just FUN!

some common variables:
a = linear acceleration
v = linear velocity
t = time
x = displacement
m = mass
p = momentum
K<sub>e</sub> = kinetic energy
P<sub>e</sub> = potential energy
F = force
W = work
ω = angular speed
α = angular acceleration
τ = torque
Ω = resistance in a circuit
those are enough to get you started, I think!

I never knew which I preferred: velocity or speed. Speed is an easier concept to grasp, I suppose. Not that velocity is difficult, but velocity is just an awesome word.
