Just when I thought The hardest boss so far in my play through was finished I get suprised again. Wendigo appears just after I escape Macalania temple. It's not so bad cause if it weren't for his Guado helpers I could wittle him down no problem. But they like to cast berserk on him..ALOT and they use eye drops on him when I blind him. I can't kill them in one hit because they use auto potions. What am I gonna do :( Plz help ya?


EDIT: I Beat Wendigo using Crossblades' strategy. TYVM!

Using the Aeons overdrives always helps. Plus, you can use Power Break on Wendigo to weaken him and Fira(Firaga would be better if you have it)

Steal from the Guado Guardians so they can't use Auto-Potion. Then they're easy to kill. Dispel the Protect and Shell they cast when they die. If you don't know Dispel, use Ixion's Aerospark.

After that, use a combination of Power Break, Threaten, Blind and Sleep on Wendigo to keep him subdued while you whittle away his HP. When he raises his hands, stop attacking and switch to Lulu. Use Fire magic from now on.

u don't need to do this, but if berserk is annoying you then u can just cast esuna on wendigo to get rid of it

lol aeons are the simplest stradegy.how come you didnt think of it when he killed you the first time?

bcoz it takes half of the fun factor away
