I've got T&T, Super Mario Galaxy, and Mass Effect on my plate right now. It may take me a while to get to this reference.

Actually, the only reference I'd heard about until this was that they put in a 300 joke.

There are tons, tons, tons of cultural references throughout the 3 English games that have been released. This game wasn't localized by some spoony bard.

I forget where exactly (one of the court parts) but the judge says he's not a Spoony Bard.

Actually, in the last case, one of the characters tells you not to dilly-dally shilly-shally as well. :P
