Alright. I believe I have found a way to do more in life than most.

In life, it is easier to make someone unhappy then to make them happy.

Therefore, by putting more effort into making people miserable, I can accomplish more then they guy who tries to make people happy.

Discuss my theory.

i would agree that its alot easier.. but then i have to ask you one thing:

"ARE YOU JOKING OR ARE YOU JUST PLAIN STUPID?"

therefore i have to go with the comment: :sweatdrop

Well, If you agree it is in fact Easier, I obviously have something going so I can't be stupid.

And I've put to much thought into this for it to be a joke.

So I call you on your Trick Question.

I have ruined several people's lives already and I am not even 25.

fine.. ill treat you like an imbicile :p .. if you really want to..

you say that its easier to make someone unhappy then happy.. therefore it would be more productive to make people unhappy..

but that comes to this equation:

people+jackass=gone

so if you would make people unhappy, you take away the people.. ergo.. youll end up alone for the rest of your life.. although with you that could happen either way(jk)

Oh, I'm going to end up alone anyway. Boko and Leen Leen have already scared me out of a realationship, that is if my "Extremely" whipped friend hasn't done so already.

women control the world.. get used to it

Accomplishing bad things is worse than accomplishing nothing.

Yeah, I was going to say something along the lines of, "Quality, not quantity," but MILF beat me to it.

Silly silly Milf, since when is causing suffering a bad thing? :p

It's all in the eye of the Beholder, that it is.

It may be easier to ruin lives but it's less satisfying. People will also respect you a lot less when you do make others unhappy which in turn will make them make you unhappy.

In other words, you're only making yourself miserable by making them miserable.

Wouldn't the happiness you get from making people unhappy counter(undo) it all and make your entire life's effort worthless?

Causing suffering in any meaningful sense isn't easy though. It's got to be subtle, discreet, and with a rationale. You can't do it for the fun of it - there must be a reason. cf. Ozymandias in Watchmen.

My reason is I hate people.

Who said I was trying to bring myself happiness anyway?

I just want to accomplish more. That was the whole point to begin with.

That's not a theory; more like an unfounded opinion which may or may not be based on experience. Good enough for publication in a blog or message board, but if you are seriously considering taking this "theory" of yours to a wider audience, in its current representation it just wouldn't cut it as literature in any credible journal or book I've ever read.

There's an element of self-fulfillment too.
