i am really disappointed with the way that KH2 is set up in the way that you have to get the secret ending. i truely think that there are way too many subquests to do and i gave up up. i had to go to you tube to get the freaking ending.

That's not entirely true. In Normal Mode, you have to complete Jiminy's Journal at 100% (Mickey's Seal on all entries.) It's difficult, yeah, though not impossible. I have actually completed that on Proud Mode.

On Proud Mode, in order to get the secret ending, yeah, you must defeat Xemnas, of course, but you also have to complete all worlds, and by that, get all of the "keyhole" emblems to display for each world. At least, that's what I read.

Yeah as has been stated, Proud Mode is the way to go. I definitely try my best to complete the journal as part of my normal gaming anyway, but I agree it's really difficult to actually get everything completed.

The things I found the hardest were the Poster Duty and completing the Hades Paradox Cup, both of which I had to get a little assistance from an FAQ. Other than that, I was pretty much good. The nice thing about Kingdom Hearts II is thanks to the detailed journal, you can find most secrets on your own if you try.

the only hard thing on proud mode is to beat hades paradox cup. lvl 49 is a killer

Ah yeah, I had a pretty strong level and I was just like screw this (on normal mode). It was 96% completed though. Some of the things were really annoying, like the Winnie the Pooh challenges. And freakin' poster duty. I suck with the SB Challenges too. So I just started over on Proud and it's actually pretty easy. I just leveled up Roxas a lot before I went back to being Sora, and when I played as Sora I already had a bunch of abilities.
