Third annual "Christmasify your avatar" thread

Keeping up with the tradition of the last two (http://forums.eyesonff.com/general-chat/98179-second-annual-christmasify-your-avatar-thread.html) years, (http://forums.eyesonff.com/general-chat/75558-christmasify-your-avatar.html) it's time to stop being a bunch of Grooges (Grinches + Scrooges) and get festive. Christmas is on it's way and it's time to make this place nicer by doing something to your avatar (or sig) to make it more Christmasy (or Hanuckahey or Kwanzaaey or Ramadany or Solsticey or whatever). Or just ask and I'll do it for you. Anyone else can take any requests made, too, because I'm not going to be using Photoshop all the time and I'm mostly going to be using MSPaint. :P

Well, I'd like an Animated Santa Wizzrobe for my Avvy, if anyone's up to it. I'll try adding Santa Hats to my signature independently, however.

Edit: As you can see, I made some sprite edits of the best team in SD3. I think it's a tad bland, but I'm proud of myself for the color edits, even if they were very easy to make. And then I went and made candy canes. :3 I dislike the whole color loss thing, though. Those random dots can really get on one's nerves.

EDIT: Ok, so my problem is that I can only use colours that already exist in the GIF. If someone can tell me how to fix this (I'm using Photoshop and Imageready) I'd really appreciate it. In the meantime, Relm already has red and white, so woo! xP

Rubah, when I click Image > Mode, this is what I see by default:

It's already set to RGB and it's automatically set to 8-bit. I tried setting it to 16-bit but when I try to transfer it over to ImageReady, it makes me change it back to 8-bit. Also, I don't see anywhere to change it in ImageReady. D:
