Or in other words, I told my Mom I was staying home today because I felt like sleeping. I'm so exhausted lately. I got about 12-13 hours of sleep though, so I feel good now.

How much sleep do you like to get? How much do you actual get?

Sunday-Thursday: I generally get 6-7 hours of sleep, on rare occasions, 5 hours.
Friday: I sleep for about 8-10 hours.
Saturday: I get home from work around 10:30 - 11:00 PM, and I don't really get to sleep until close to 1. On those nights, I sleep until about 9-10, so I get 8-9 hours of sleep.

I probably get more than enough sleep, but I always feel tired and like I need more sleep. xD

I like to get as much sleep as humanly possible. Unfortunately, the way my body works, is in spite of this. So I usually around 4-5 hours of sleep. Last night, however, due to extreme cold, sinus trouble and a heavy dose of drugs, I got around 9 hours. I was late to work.

I usually get around 8 hours of sleep these days. Sometimes it's maybe even 6 or 7 hours. Depends on when I feel like going to bed, and how early in the morning I have to go to work. Back when I had school I only got around 5-7 hours in the week days, and it differed (and still does) a lot in the weekends.

Rye, you're gonna be taking a lot of "mental health days" when you go to college. :p

I've been sleeping between 4-6 hours a day lately. I'm probably gonna pull and all nighter tonight. It's finals time!

On the weekends, I go for like 10-12 hours. Sweet blissful sleep.

You may feel tired because your sleeping partern is irregular.

I generally get 6 - 7 hours of sleep.

I usually need 10 hours of sleep per night to not feel exhausted. I usually get 6 or 7. Tomorrow will be the first time in a couple of weeks that I'll get to sleep in.

That's funny, Miriel, that your thought of finals is all-nighters and my thought is "Finally, I get to sleep."

I sleep way more than I did in high school, or at least more than junior/senior year. Usually 8-9 hours a night. And when I stay up late, then actually NEED to go to class on the early side, I feel like crap because I only got a (perfectly reasonable) 6.5-7 hours of sleep. :p

Recently I've only been getting 6 hours a day. But usually it's 8 or 9. I'd prefer to get 10 hours each day even on weekends. Though weekends end up being 12+ hours.

I definitely am. xD I kind of do already, and I'm in my senior year of High School, the slack year.

When I'm at college, if I'm lucky I'll get 6 hours of sleep every night. But now that it's ridiculous long break time, I'm sleeping nearly 11 hours every night.

Eurgh. College rapes my brain. I want to do nothing but sex and sleep. But I have too much work, and I usually end up getting about 4-6 hours sleep a night. I would get more, but it usually takes me a few hours to actually get to sleep. I need druuuuuuugs!

I've been known to require over 12 hours. Usually 8 hours is a bare minimum, 10 hours is alright, and 11 hours is great.

My sleep schedule has nothing to do with class, sadly. If I don't feel like going to class, I don't so I usually get between 10 hours of sleep, 8 if I go to class. I'll probably be napping soon even though it's not even 6pm, because I got up at 8am, instead of my usual noon, but that's because I went to bed early last night, because for the last week I've been going to bed at 10am and getting up at 6pm. So, I like to get as much as possible, but I usually don't get as much as I want.

I might sleep 7-8 hours on a good day.

Last December I went a month on 4 hours a night though before it started to catch up to me. I had no reason for doing it though other than wanting to be awake and enjoying my Christmas break as much as possible.

I rarely sleep more than nine hours. During the week I sleep roughly seven or eight and of a weekend I tend to only get about six or seven. With work meaning I lose 4 hours of my day, I like to accomplish everything I wanted to regardless, so I lose an hour or two of sleep to manage that.

Sunday night - Thursday night = 7 hours sleep, roughly.
Friday/Saturday Night = anywhere between 8 and 11 hours. :D

My sleeping pattern is so messed up. :jess:

monday, tuesday, thursday, friday: I usually get between 5-6 hours sleep.
wednesday, saturday and sunday: between 8-12 hours.

After little sleep in the week I usually make up for it at the weekend, but at the weekend I don't get to bed until the early hours of the morning and sometimes get up early for football etc. This week I feel pretty ill, though - so I've been having naps after work. :jess:

I don't get enough, averaging about 7 hours every night from Monday - Friday. It may sound enough but it really isnt, getting out of bed at 7am is torture. I always go to bed so damn late, like NOW. I should be in bed now. I'm terrible at weekends, I'll stay up till 2/3am and then sleep until noon.

I can get by on 5 hours, but I tend to be a little cranky. If I get 6 to 7, it's fine. More than 8 doesn't do anything extra for me, but it still feels nice to be that lazy.

Videogames > sleep though, tbqh.

I sleep a lot, and I haven't had a consistent sleeping schedule in years.

I get more sleep now that I'm done with school. When I was living on my own I would regularly get 4-5 hours of sleep, four days a week for months on end. Back home now I get the normal 7-8 hours on weekdays and 9+ on weekends.

I require far too much sleep. I hate sleeping and wish I never had to but my body wants atleast 10 hours a pop.
