If there was one thing that you could do to change the way that we live on this Earth. What would it be?

I'd get rid of health and safety regulations and create a new country called Leopoldland.

If there was one thing I could change I would make it a requirement for bears, of all kinds, to wear a monocle at all times.

If I'm still within my bounds, I would also increase the volume of bears two fold. Not only would the monocle industry be booming, but I think issues such as depression would melt away forever.
