So today I accidently stood Araciel up.
There's a chance he might still be at the mall despite my best efforts to allocate him :s
I set my alarm for 10 pm not am....
Wow I'm a douche

Have you ever accidently or purposely stood someone up?
who?
when?
why?

Well, I guess it doesn't matter now, but he was totally going to get you a pony for Christmas. Now you'll be lucky if you get a gift certificate to Gamestop.

I don't think I've stood someone up on a date. Friends a lot of times, but that's when I knew they were going out with a bunch of other friends and my company would not be missed. Most of the time I'll just call giving the person the heads up.

I'm late frequently but they know to expect it.

I didn't go to a yoga class with my friend once, but it doesn't really count because it was a regular class. I was ill.

Every damn day.

Nope, or at least not that I can think of. When I say I'll be there I will be there. Sometimes I panic so much about being late that I end up waking up earlier than the alarm.

I wonder what his opinion is on this whole situation.

Nope. I'm always punctual. I don't get stood up. If the other person wants to live, that is.

Ive done that before, though, set my alarm for pm instead of am :3 luckily I had my Mum to get me up.

I don't.

But yesterday I got stood up because he had to go somewhere else. I wish I can clobber him to pieces.

Wait, so you are saying you stood up Ara? You mean I locked him up so he couldn't go for no reason? Dammit, another plan gone to waste.

And I think I have, but I don't really remember that kind of stuff very well.

I've never done it if it was important though.

yeah unfortunately his cell is disconnected right now so I couldn't get a hold of him so I had the mall page him and eventually everything worked out and now he's here beside me.

He says "Please Help Me"

That is clever. I'm glad that it didn't turn out badly.

I would have paged the mall saying it was mommy. You might as well have ended the situation by being a jerk.

How were you trying to allocate him, Umi?

Araciel
12-17-2007, 11:02 AM
Not the same way you do Bob, but then nobody allocates the way you do. Rawr.

I only stand people up under the direst of circumstances, and feel terribly obligated to make it up to said person when I do. I used to pride myself on my reliability, but in the past years...I've become increasinlgy more flakey.

Also, Ash had not to worry. If she had in fact not managed to contact me, it would have been no fault of her own and thus not a true 'stand-up' situation.

Before you found him he talked to me from an internet cafe at the mall crying his eyes out until we decided to poison the whiskey.

Well Dan m'Man
When i woke up I was really panicked and had my landlord drive me to the mall in my PJs where I ran around for a good 30 minutes before (being escorted out by mall security) going home and making some phone calls to his family and then the mall.

Afterwards I played Diablo 2 until he called.

That explains the sudden unforseen bought of diarhea I suffered that night.

It was an accident ;-; It was a kid with one arm too, that wanted to play tennis with me and kept asking me out... and he rode his bike all the way to the tennis court like miles from his house... ACCIDENT, I SWEAR.

Nope... Not that I can recall. No, I haven't. Why would I? I can see why some people would, though. A certain few individuals should be stood up :P
