Why do I care? I don't give a crap about all the outrage ditzy drama queens generate for the tabloids.

I listen to music from an era when the focus wasn't on some media image easily accessible to various ridiculous teenage cliques, but the music!

I read it earlier this morning, and I just laughed. That is all.

I was expecting that, as well.

But wait just a darn moment.
Is she proud that she's having a baby at age 16?

For many artists that is still the case now.

I thought it was about her getting out of cars with no knickers on.

I don't care, I didn't know Britney had a sister.

My mum was saying that her mother was planning on writing a book on good parenting.

Either way, I'm not generally interested in trivial news as such. It's pathetic.

Since when the hell did Britney have a sister?

Since 16 years ago, apparently.

Well, this could have been worse. Now she's just a normal teenager. SHOCK

It's not that I care about celebrities, or anything. I actually hate celebrities with all of my heart. I just posted this because for some reason, it's important enough to make news headlines and become a huge topic on TV news stations.

KoShiatar

Well, Britney's popular, so this is just another way of exploiting that, though indirectly.
I just hope she proves to be more responsible than her sister, both to her kid and herself.

Roto13
12-20-2007, 04:51 PM
She's already showing that she's LESS responsible than her sister by getting pregnant at 16.

Any artist who claims that either has no ambition or is lying. The money is a part of it.

Edit: I take offense to the thread. My mom had me when she was 16 and I'm not a trainwreck. :monster:

this is the best part of the entire article

What message does she want to send to other teens about premarital sex?

"I definitely don't think it's something you should do; it's better to wait," she says. "But I can't be judgmental because it's a position I put myself in."

LMAO

Of course money is a part of it, but my concern is that in the current popular music, money is the only part of it. In my opinion, my favorite bands, most of the progressive rock genre in the 70s, created their music for love of music, which also happened to be their choice of career, not the other way around. I must question that any MTV superstar gives a :skull::skull::skull::skull: about the music he makes at all, since it all sounds so - unemotional and unoriginal. It's all about the image, the look, not the music at all. It's really just a marketing machine.

It's so stupid how much buzz this story is generating. Oh well, nothing will ever beat the over hyping of the death of Anna Nicole Smith.

I'm not sure if you've heard of it, there's this thing called the underground music scene. Look it up, many of the musicians do it for the love of music.

No they don't. They're just either unlucky, or suck too bad to make it big. So they claim the whole indie cred thing by acting like they're not even trying to get record deals. If someone from a major label comes along and offers, they'll sign up pretty quickly.
