Plot holes, contridictions and inconsistancies

I've got a contridiction: Tifa and Cloud have a short convosation on 'Last Order', but this is contridictory to FFVII, where the plot requires her to not have talked to Cloud then.

Not part of the continuity anymore. That scene was retconned by Crisis Core.

Everything that happens in CC is canon.

So i guess Last Order is redundant then?

Not all of it. The scenes of Zack and Cloud's scape can be considered canon, because there is nothing in CC contradicting them.
