I just realized that Dawn of Mana has no lich.

Which makes me very very very very sad. Because I loved the Lich.
Well that's not the only difference or simularity, ironically enough, that's what this thread is about.
I'm always up to find more ingame Seiken Densetsu lore, so for those who are fans try to come up with all the simularity's and contradictions (yeah there's a bunch) the NUMBERED Seiken Densetsu's have. Saddly, you can mention Sword of Mana only because it has more ties to Dawn of Mana specifically than any other game.
I'll start with Wendle from SD1, which was a holy town used in SD3 and also one of the lands in SD4. Topple was also the first town you come across in SD1 and a land in SD4. Jadd is the desert town in SD1, the first real town you come across in SD3, and a land in SD4. The desert in Sword of Mana was renamed to the Glass desert which is the desert in SD3.
