Today is Mardi Gras.

In addition, today is Quina's birthday! Merry birthday. :)

You may begin using words to show your thoughts and/or feelings for Mardi Gras and Quina right this instant.

Sorry for doing that to the thread. :(

I don't really celebrate Mardi Gras, I'm European like that. But I'd totally bare my chests for some beads. Oh, and all the best to Quina!

gumbo+rice+shrimp+beads=funtimes

also i skipped american government to take a tour of the Mechanical Engineering department at my school, which was time better spent IMO.

The only downside really is the POURING RAIN. I had thought about going down on Dickson and seeing if the elderly (those legal for drinking) were doing wild and raccous things, but now I probably will spend my evening not earning the beads I wear and also doing homework.

(i did change into the most mardi grassy shirt I have, which is just a brown shirt with a shiny butterfly print and some words on it in french I can't read yet. Vive Louisiane!)

Its Mardi Gras again?

I never realize what day it is till the day after... at least I still have 7 hours of the day... even though it wont make the slightest bit of difference to me.
