Will Some of the Friend Codes will work on Emulator?

It's been awhile since I posted. I curious if someone got an emulator for let's say a "Nintendo DS" and need friend codes for it will it work?:rolleyes2 :confused:

I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure the answer is no.

Unless the emulator has an online functionality built into it, friend codes and networking will not work in any game.

I don't think an emulator that can play FF III DS exists right now. Maybe in the future.
