I hate mine even more than when I quit----

nevermind, my check FINALLY got direct deposited into my bank.

I've worked at JcPenney's twice and Macy's once. The first time I worked at Penney's I worked 11-5 monday through friday and my manager worked from 9 to 1pm, so I ended up knowing the department better than she did. I moved so I got to work at Macy's.

Honestly I loved working at Macy's, they're a great comany and just all around good people to work for. We'd have random chili cookoffs where they'd bring chilli for us for lunch, they brought us turkey for thanksgiving and for christmas eve along with other foods. I got fed just as well there as I did at home.

I'd work there again but the closest Macy's is to far from me. :(
I tried to work at Penney's again, but.. it just didn't work out.

No, I don't like my job but, it does get my bills paid until I can get back into school.

Hate it, it's like bloody slave labour. But I'd be lost without it.

I liked my last job but I hated the people I worked for. I mean, I really, really hated them. If they died I would dance on their graves.

I like my job. I work as a bar maid, and I've only just finished training. It's frustrating when things go wrong, but otherwise I like it and obviously with time and experience things mistakes will stop happening. I can socialise whilst I'm working as I know some of the customers as friends, I get tips and I get along with the other staff. I'm only a casual worker, though (whenever they need me, rather than set shifts) so I'd like some more hours, really. :jess:

I like playing cashier. And my bosses and co-workers were nice people. However, some of the customers are idiots. There is a trend, the closer it is to the first of the month: the stupider the costumers get.

I work customer service....not much to say about how much I wish death upon people. And I used to be a jolly fellow too.

Though every once in a while I get to work in the cash office and do a bunch of financial work, it's ok since I get to sit in a room with a safe that at any given time only about 2-3 people in the store can get into there (seeing as the door is locked with fancy security and such and they would be the other people with access in there). But I hate the corporate who makes us do so many idiotic and time wasting things in the back. It's inefficiency in it's worst.

Don't like my job. Never wanted to be here, really. I'm only here because my dad worked here (though he quit YEARS ago) and I used to come over after school every day, since it's fairly close to my old high school and dad didn't want me home by myself. I'm in a fairly powerful administrative position (I spend a lot of the company's money), but this field is definitely not what I want to do. It was ok while I was drifting through life, but now I want to actually move forward and do something I'm interested in. So, back to school for me.

I enjoy what I do, and sometimes the people I work for are really nice. Sometimes the people I work for are bitches. I get more nice people than bitches though, so that's nice.

I don't want to be doing what I do for longer than a decade though. I think eventually it might make me start hating people.

Working in a kitchen is not fun. :/ Thankfully I only work part-time, so Sat and Sun mornings. At least it gives me extra cash to pay my rent and stuff.

I never really know if I hate my job or not. For the most part, I think I hate that scum sucker of a 9 to 5 (or rather 9-6). Seeing as how it's only my part time gig, I can live with that, but still it can be really mind blowing.

For instance, I work with an ex con who got extradited back here (where I live with the gods). He apparently was a drup trafficer for at least ten years. o.0

Mmm, i guess that's the only good part about the job, meeting wierd ass mothafers.

I dislike my job when I have to get up before the crack of dawn. Normally, I get up before anyone's day job (8-9am) begins. Of course, the super early morning wake up calls are only on Mondays.

I love my job, I feel safe and happy there. My co-workers are very nice to me (sometimes they treat me a little too well) and I've made a lot of good friends. I don't care much for customers though, but I wouldn't have a job without 'em. Oh, I work in the Deli department of a grocery store.

I worked 10.5 hours today. 2 half shifts. And I hate customers. If you ask me for grilled chicken I'll grill your ass.

I have mixed feelings about my job. There are a lot of really sucky things about being a teacher. But overall I like it.

I like it, I suppose. As menial and unexciting secretarial work is it has to be done and I believe I do it pretty well. Where would the world be without us, eh?

My job is pretty boring, my boss is a bitch, and I basically don't do anything and get payed for it some days.

A lot of my friends work there, so that's a 1 up I suppose.

I hated my old job, but now I really like my knew one. I am training to be a meat cutter under a friend of mine.

My last job at the mill was so bad, this one doesn't even seem like a job. I just hangout in a cool room all day with a couple friends and we get to cut up big roasts and steaks with huge knives hehe.

I don't get paid very much right now however. But that will change when I get my ticket in the future.

That's one of the best parts about where I work. My friends drop by and hang out. But the manager what let them just loiter so they started buying $.25 Lollypops over and over again and my average dropped.

I love my job and the people I work with. My only complaint is that I don't have enough hours. :cat:
