About Mognet Central

Heyy I was just wondering if it's too late to help out Mognet Central when on disc 4 and being unsure as to if I have gotten all of the Moogles or not?? I've opened up the crack to get to Mognet Central but they need it to be reactivated so0o are there any moogles I still have to talk to at this point?? :(:confused:

I think you can definately still do it on the 4th disc.
