Yeah, she easily has the best reward. I mean, Gippal's Sphere is fun, but zero MP cost (and the ability for Dark Knights to use Darkness without sacrificing health) is one of the best accessories in the entire game.

I've been trying to get the prophet to do it but I always mess up :(

do all of them give you the right to ride chocobos on the highroad?

No, if you get the Prophet, you can't ride chocobos afterward. It's fun to watch, but no rewards and no chocobos means you'll want to watch it once and then reset. And, if you get Calli, you can't get the Choco-ranch sidequest with Clasko, I believe.
