Can I save PSOne data onto a PS2 Memory Card? Or do I need a PSOne Memory Card for that?

You can copy your PS1 memory on a PS2 memory card only for backup--you can't load your saves off of a PS2 memory card or save from a PS1 game onto a PS2 memory card. You need to buy a regular PS1 memory card for that. Don't worry, they're extremely cheap these days.
