Just wondering. What team setup you most like to use for your leaders; I got Lluyd, Vaan, Penelo, Kytes and Fran. The skater chick sucks in battle and generally as a character.

I mixed it up a lot duing the game. However, for the final boss I used: Vaan, Kytes, Penelo, Basch, and Llyud.

whatever.. i stopped playing at 70%, couldnt finish a level and could train because it was in pre-battle..

so i stopped playing..

How do you even mistake Llyud for a female? Especially at 70% completion. I can understand people mistaking anime males for females, but not Llyud. I mean, he doesn't even have a shirt on. You must not have read any dialogue either when they kept mentioning *him*, and the fact that Filo has a crush on him.

Also, you can always level. Even if they don't let you exit at the beginning of battle, you can just press start during the actual battle and exit.

and i didnt particulary care about him in all that. now you say it, i do remember filo acting all weird and saying stuff like dont tell him.. but i was more interested in what penelo had to say :p

How could you not like Filo? She has Speed and Defense Snare, and those are very useful!

I'm only 30% through the game so far, so I don't have any of the other party members just yet.

I dont really have a set party as I usually mix and match and try to keep everyone's levels the same. I do like using Vaan, Penelo, Llyud, Basch, and Kytes most of the time though

I liked using the original 5, Vaan, Penelo, Filo, Kytes and Lluyd, because it was supposed to be their story rather than the rest of xii who comes in halfway/3 fourths through.

I'm pretty early in the game, I usually stick with the original 5. I will always bring Lluyd for revive.

My party usually consisted of Vaan, Penelo, Kytes, Lluyd and Basch, and by the last two chapter those were they one ones I used.

My teams vary, but for the final battle I used...

Basch(melee, quickening helps defend characters)
Lluyd(flyer, quickening fortifies espers)
Filo(flyer, quickening gives haste to everybody)
Kytes(ranged, quickening has magic attack)
Penelo(ranged, quickening heals everybody)
