Has anyone here played this game? Can you tell us your experiences with it?

Would you say that it would be possible for someone that can't read Japanese to be able to play?

I'm kinda looking forward to it myself really. It's out in English in May, which is a couple months away, but probably worth waiting for instead of importing (Wii Freeloader w00t).

It's come to the point where every post Dreddz makes in this section is turned into debate

I can't see this game becoming any more than another weird gimmick.

It was most likely ignored altogether. :thumb:

It might be more about fitness but I don't care, sometimes I don't go outside sometimes so I might as well have some form of exercise.

I might get it a while in the future. It seems like a nice way to keep track of one's body, but for gaming, I can't really see the peripheral being used too commonly. Maybe for something to do with flying? :p

Apparently there's a snowboarding game in Japan that uses the balance board. I think Reggie Fils-Aime said something about there being 10 games in the works that use the balance board.

Haha. I can see where "it's not really a game" is coming from but a lot of the current games would never have been under the "gaming" genre for me at all, but we cope. :)
