Tell us about objects that don't seem to function/cooperate with you.

Pens I use have a really bad tendancy to either not work or work but leak out crazy amounts of ink sometimes when I use them. My old computer mouse would also double click at times after doing a single click. That's all I can think of right now.

Things that give off and read Wi-Fi signals. My body disrupts them or something. That's the only reason I can come up with for why they stop working whenever I'm near.

Headphones.

They always quit working in the left ear.

...except that one that broke in the right ear.

Computers seem to have a habit of being awkward around me. Also, I have a nasty problem with fizzy drinks. Even when I don't shake them or move them around, they love to fizz all over me. >_>

Torrents don't like me one bit. Tried everything to get them running. It's hard being an internet pirate when your ship won't sail. But the problem is my wireless router or something. So that's the object.

Beat it to death. Show your router who owns who and who works (or should work) for who!

You have pirating impotence :kaohappy2

Me, I cannot get MSN to stop being such a hoe.
Also, the air-conditioning in my car and the adapter for my ipod go stupid often.

Cardboard.

I'm always getting cardboard cuts whenever I'm at work regardless of how careful I am and I'm always bleeding. For this, cardboard is on my hit list.

My car. There's always something going wrong, or if it gets bored of outright breaking then it'll get into "lazy mode". Car: "I don't care if you've changed the plugs and leads and everything! I'll react to the extra gas when I'm good and ready!"

Rubber gloves. I always seem to break the right one. Never the left.

Stairs. I'm always falling down them when I'm drunk.

My bedside table. I bang my head on it every night.

My mom's DVD player. I'm usually quite good with technology but I can't for the life of me figure out how she changed it so everything's purple.

Beds. I'm always breaking them. I've been through 6 in the last 10 years.

In my eternal war against cardboard, it dealt a devastating blow to me today. I got four cardboard cuts, they all bled and they all stung. If it wasn't bad enough, one was right on the skin between my thumb and index finger. It wins this round.

Table corners hate me cause I always accidentally bruise my hips on them.

Stereos HATE me. Last June, I had a few friends over for drinks and my record player broke, something inside the stereo and speakers broke so no noise would be made. Then the next week I borrowed my mum's record player/amp and hooked it up with no problems. Then, when I pressed the power button the amplifier turned on then died right away. The turntable's OK but now there's nothing to plug it into. So I killed 2 stereos in a week! I haven't been able to listen to my records ever since. It's really depressing cause I don't have some of them on MP3 version.

All of it. The entire physical world is grossly insubordinate and I have to threaten or outright violence it into obedience.

Me too.

I swear wall corners and table legs are out to get me. I keep breaking my toes on them.

Also, the toilet here. It's always clogged when I go to use it.

Underwired bras. :mad2: Eventually the wiring will come out and poke me in the chest painfully. And it's always the right side first for some reason.

I had to buy a replacement for one yesterday; I only had the underwear set for 2 months!

OMG YES! Same here, and it's always the right side too for me. I guess it's because my right breast is bigger than my left breast.

Bras hate me, underwired or not. I can never find a pair that fits me. One cup size is too small, and the next one is too big. I guess I'd need custom bras in order for them to fit. Stupid breasts.

Oh my god I HATE THAT!!! It happens to me so often. I normally keep wearing the bra for ages (I have a habit of not buying new bras) and I end up with red marks between my boobs :(

lol @ abrupt end of male posting

Underwires are always alright with me. Maybe I'm just lucky.

Zips hate me. I had another really good one and then I forgot it. May come back to me later.

Edit: OYA. Purses hate me. My moneys and change fall out in the most inconvenient places. ALL THE DAMN TIME.

Shoes have a habit of breaking all on the sides.
Shoe strings rip.
Pants get loose.
Sewing needles for some reason glide through my skin before I register pain.
Gel won't friggin stick ugh
I wanna blame the tables and door knobs but it's my fault. I walk and glide right into one and fall over and die. Blech
Chargers for my phone. They run away, or break and leave me crying on the floor.

Or it could just be a huge coincidence....

Oh wtf, I hate underwire bras too, but I keep buying them. They look better than non wired bras, and are a hell of a lot more common. God they're so uncomfortable though ._. It feels like it's squishing into my chest, in any size.

Door handles. For some reason, my jacket always gets caught on them as I walk past them. It happened just now, but with my shirt instead of my usual jacket.

At work, the cash register dislikes me and loves to not open the cash drawer when it's especially busy, and I'm doing my best to serve dozens of customers.

This thread is so wrong.

I've recently been playing around with the mentality that the universe is MY playground and that I control it, not the other way around. With that said, super heavy things I can't begin to consider lifting are my enemies >:o
