View Full Version : Y'know, maybe I should, like, go outside?

I just realized the only time I've gone outside in the last month is to go to KFC (once), and that's ridiculous. I'm definitely going to go outside more often...

How often do you go outside?

That's kinda weird, dude. Do you not go to school/work?

I go outside everyday.

You should get a dog. With my dogs, I take 'em out for walks 2-3 a day. It's good exercise and it's fun.

I plan on taking daily walks now that I look at myself. Since I was younger, we were all home-schooled, so I am as well, naturally. I tried public schooling, but the community was ridiculous, and the teachers seemed very unprofessional. I didn't like it one bit.

When we moved here, though, I decided I'd take daily walks over the summer, and I really enjoyed myself, and I felt quite healthy. That's when I was moving from 7th to 8th grade, and now I'm in 9th, being home-schooled again. It's just a system I prefer, but when I look at myself being such a mole, it seems so weird.

I go outside to go to the book/game store to horde up on stuff. It is a little bad now that I reflect upon it. Oh well, being a recluse is awesome.

The only times I go outside lately is to get to and from my car. However, when/if the sun ever decides to come out it will be a little bit of a different story. :)

I don't think I've ever been to this place you mention. Is it any good?

I just quit working for a wilderness therapy program where I spent every other week outside camping and hiking. It was always really nice to get back into town and stare at a computer after a week of staring at a campfire. It is a comforting thought though that I can spend a week outside away from my computer and my phone and not have uncontrollable withdrawals. Most of the things that I thought I couldn't live without before I started working there, turns out I can.

I go outside everyday because well my school is outside, sometimes I wish I didn't have to be outside though it's too cold. If it were sunny and blue outside then I'd be happy to go to the scary unbelieveable place known as..not home.

I was outside in my apartment complex about 20 minutes ago. It's a pretty nice and crisp 50-something degrees outside. I wish it was this temperature most days when I am walking around campus, not a too-hot 75 or a too-cold 40.

I go out all the time. Work makes me do that. :(

Outside is evil! Inside good!

Serious time; I go out every day to walk my dog, but I'm kinda forced to do that. I'd never go out otherwise.

Oh my god. xD

I go outside everyday, between my desire to shop, and my obligation to work and go to school.

I'm always out, I prefer being out to being in. I'm getting ready to go out now :p

I usually go out once or twice a day just because I can't stand being in the house for 24 hours.

A walk to the park does a world of good, and scientific studies show that being out in the sun can keep a person healthier AND happier. I can honestly say, one way to get me out a depressive state is just by walking outside to the bus, going to Target, then instead of cooping myself up inside the target waiting for the bus, I sit outside and just love it.

I go outside every single day unless I'm sick or just don't feel like going outside for some reason (that rarely happens). Right now I almost only go outside if I have to go to work or run some errands, but in the summertime I'm almost always outside just because it's so lovely when it's warm.

I tend to go out when I need to go to Uni or to the shops or elsewhere (like Central London on Wednesday). I really want to get into stand-up comedy so I may be heading out more often.

I'm forced to be outside for long periods every day. How I'd love to have the free time to be able to just lay on my couch all day. I do think you should get out your house though for a little while, for some fresh air if for nothing else.

I'm probably going to spend 95% of the next three weeks inside. Which is a thing I mostly approve of. But as for the past, I was outside just yesterday! And the day before that, and the day before THAT! I get out quite a bit :kaoyatta:

I used to think outside was just a story my parents told to frighten me, but then it turned out to be real. I avoid it at all costs. There's really nothing where I live to go out for anyway. There's like three houses and I live half-an-hour from any kind of town. And walking is for not me >_>

I've been locked in a basement for the last twelve years. Sometimes the rats down here sing songs to me. I think Wilbert the rat is plotting to usurp me though. He has this shifty look in his eye.

I used to go outside every day when I lived in downtown Vancouver because it was actually nice just to be out amongst the masses, wandering around, gawking at the big buildings like a child. I'm in Newfoundland, now, and gawking at trees isn't nearly as cool so I just stay inside. ._.

Seriously, the waether outside is GORGEOUS today. Breezy and sunny. A person who wouldn't want to go soak all that up is nuts.

ITT people discuss something as mundane as going outside as if it is a grand event that should be recorded.
